Game overview
Treasures of Aztec builds an adventure theme around ruins, masks and colourful ornaments. Six main reels are topped by an extra reel above the middle four. Multi-position symbols, changing silver and gold frames after cascades, and rising multipliers drive the game. Distinguish visible grid positions, actual symbol counts and winning ways: a large image spanning several positions still counts as one symbol in payout calculations. This account follows official document 1.0 r945 and does not treat demo amounts as tested results.

Layout and winning ways
An additional reel spans positions above reels 2, 3, 4 and 5, with winning ways ranging from 2,025 to 32,400. Some symbols on the middle reels occupy two to four positions, but each large symbol counts as one symbol for payouts.
Regular wins start on the leftmost reel and use matching symbols on adjacent reels. Winning symbols disappear, replacements fall and new combinations are checked. These cascades belong to one spin, not separate paid spins.

Some large symbols on reels 2–5 may have silver frames; Wilds and Scatters are excluded. A silver-framed symbol participating in the preceding win changes into another random regular symbol with a gold frame after the next refill.
When a gold-framed symbol contributes to a further win, it becomes Wild in the next stage. Wilds appear only on reels 2–5 and substitute for regular symbols other than Scatter. This transformation chain requires winning participation; not every cascade automatically upgrades every frame.

Each base-game spin starts at 1×. After a win and refill, the multiplier rises by 1. Growth follows the cascade sequence; the official document provides no basis for a guaranteed return.
Four Scatters anywhere trigger ten free spins, with two extra spins for each additional Scatter. The bonus starts at 2× and increases by 2 after each win and refill. The official description allows retriggers but does not separately detail every retrigger rule in that passage.

The document lists RTP of 96.71% and medium session volatility. The advertised maximum is 100,000×, while Max Exposure in a one-billion-round simulation is 9,071×. One is a promotional figure and the other a result from a specified simulation sample; they are not the same tested maximum payout.
The official file also shows Feature Buy but gives no universally applicable fixed price; regional activation is unknown. The collected passages do not fully explain multiplier resets between individual free spins, so no carry-over rule is added by assumption.
