Winbox Terms & Conditions Effective Date: 1 April 2025 (Last Updated: 19 March 2025)  As the official platform of Winbox, these Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of all services provided in our Winbox Company. By accessing our website, mobile application, or engaging with any of our offerings, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.  Note: While Winbox affiliate platforms such as Winbox88, Winbox77 may adopt similar terms, this version represents the most current and officially issued Terms & Conditions by Winbox Official Malaysia.  1. Registration and Membership  6.1 To play on Winbox, you must complete account registration. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application without justification.  6.2 You must provide accurate personal details and keep them updated at all times. 6.3 We may request identification documents for verification. 6.4 Winbox protects user data under its Privacy Policy but may share information with banks or service partners for validation purposes. 6.5 It is your responsibility to ensure you are not prohibited by law from using our services. 7. Placement of Bets 7.1 Bets must be placed via our official platform or affiliate platform like Winbox88, Winbox77. Bets made through external or unverified channels are invalid. 7.2 In the event of a system error, downtime, or suspicious betting activity, Winbox reserves the right to void affected bets. 7.3 We may refuse any bet at our sole discretion. 7.4 Use of any automation or AI to place or influence bets is strictly prohibited. 7.5 You are solely responsible for ensuring your bet selections are accurate before confirmation. 7.6 Bets are valid only when a transaction ID is generated and listed in your account history.  8. Software License  8.1 Winbox grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use its gaming software on authorized devices.  8.2 You may not sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the software in any form.  8.3 The software is licensed solely for gameplay and user engagement.  9. Settlement of Transactions 9.1 Payouts may be withheld if account or payment information does not match registration details. 9.2 You are responsible for any tax or legal obligations related to winnings. 9.3 Erroneous credits or technical discrepancies must be reported immediately.  10. Collection of Winnings  10.1 Winnings are credited to your Winbox account.  10.2 Withdrawals require your initial deposit to be played through fully. 10.3 Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method/account used for the deposit. 10.4 If any abuse or breach is suspected, we reserve the right to delay or cancel withdrawals.  11. Promotions  11.1 Each player is eligible for one promotion per offer unless explicitly stated. 11.2 Turnover from non-slot or non-live table games may not count toward promo requirements. 11.3 Promo funds are valid for 30 days from issuance unless otherwise specified. 11.4 Abuse or manipulation of any promotion will result in account suspension and removal of funds. 11.5 We reserve the right to update or terminate any promotion without prior notice.  12.
